What we collect and why
The website’s enquiry form prepares an email on your device; you choose whether to send it using your email app. When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, business name if supplied, the service you select and your message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information. Our hosting and email providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as IP addresses and browser details.
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange a consultation and discuss services you have asked about. Where your enquiry concerns entering into a contract with you, we rely on taking steps at your request before that contract. For other business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding and developing relevant business relationships. We do not automatically subscribe enquirers to marketing emails.
Who receives it
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Our business email is hosted by Google Workspace. The enquiry form does not send your details to a form-processing platform. If you choose to send the prepared email, it is handled by your email provider and our business email service.

Contact us for further information about providers and applicable transfer arrangements. We do not sell your enquiry information.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence only while it is needed to respond, manage a business relationship or meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether you become a client. You can contact us to ask about information held about you or request deletion.

We have not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts to this website. External websites such as LinkedIn and your chosen email service operate under their own privacy and cookie notices.
